The embroidery size on our bucket hats and Outback brimmed hats is 2.25" tall x 4" wide, 1" tall x 4" wide on our Safari hats. Setup is also free. After a custom hats order is placed, we will email you an actual embroidery sample of your logo for approval. If you're not happy, we'll make a change for you, free of charge! For a free evaluation of your logo, email it to help@hatsnshirts.com before you place your bucket hats or full brimmed hats order.
